|Adult Signature Policy
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to WINE O LAND® that you and the person receiving the order are at least 21 years old. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age, and a signature is absolutely required at the time of delivery. We cannot accept any requests to waive adult signature requirements on any package or requests to leave the package at the porch/garage or leave the package at another address, etc.
If you think you are not available to sign for your package during the day, we suggest that you ship to a business where an adult will be available to sign during business hours. Or, have the package shipped to an adult friend or neighbor who you know can be home to sign for the package.
Processing & Shipping Time
In most cases, your order will be shipped or be ready for pick-up in 1 - 3 business days from the day you place the order. If there are any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping, we will promptly notify you. We ship to all residential and business addresses, but cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
Though we do our best to accommodate the customers in any way possible, we cannot guarantee shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit.
We offer 7 FedEx shipping options:
- FedEx Standard Overnight - delivers next business day afternoon
FedEx First Overnight - delivers next business day morning
FedEx Second Day - delivers in 2 business days to most areas
FedEx Express Saver - delivers in 3 business days to most areas
FedEx Ground - delivers in 1 to 7 business days to most businesses
FedEx Ground Home Delivery - delivers in 1 to 5 business days to most Continental US areas
FedEx Ground Home Delivery Evening - delivers in 1 to 5 business days to most Continental US areas between 5pm to 8pm
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you in 1 - 3 business days from the day you place the order if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, WINE O LAND® is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. In case of any pricing errors, we will consider NJ ABC's lowest prices allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that your shipping cost will be calculated once you place your items in the shopping cart and enter your zip code. You do NOT have to provide your credit card information to know your shipping cost.
Some states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states: Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Utah. We can however ship non-alcoholic items to all states.
Our website currently is unable to accept orders to be shipped to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Mississippi or Oklahoma states, however, we can accept orders over the phone to these states. Please call us at 877-WINEOLAND to place orders to these states.
We do not ship overseas at this time, however, please check back with us in January 2014.

WINE O LAND® automatically insurance every order placed online at no additional cost. Our insurance covers for any damage or lost packages during transit. Please note that some products cannot be replaced. In these cases, we will refund your full order amount.
Shipping During Extreme Weather Conditions
Please note that extreme temperatures (hot or cold) can damage wine. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, we will be happy to hold your order till the weather is right for you to have it shipped. Please request a specific, more appropriate shipping date in the "Special Shipping Instructions" window or choose a faster shipping method.
We try to do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. However, we do not take responsibility for packages damaged due to extreme weather conditions.
Returns & Refund Policy
WINE O LAND® takes great pride in providing the best customer service. We always seek to improve our relationship with you, the customer. If there are any issues with your order, we want to hear about it. Please contact us on phone at 877-WINEOLAND or via email at Support@WINEOLAND.COM within 30 days of delivery date with the receipt. Any orders returned as a result of WINE O LAND error will be fully refunded including the shipping charges. All other unopened returns are subject to 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Returns should have all the contents in the bottles with the original corks, we cannot accept empty bottles.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if no adult is present to sign and receive the orders. FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times. If no one is home, FedEx will return the package to us and you will be liable for 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge plus the shipping charge to return it to us.
We use environmentally-friendly, recyclable, FedEx approved shipping boxes, specially meant for shipping alcoholic beverages.
