Winemaker's Notes
Dark ruby red, with blue and red tinges. Red fruits, particularly plums, strawberries and comfitures, tying in very well with scents of coffee. Rich red and black fruit flavors with a round full-bodied mouth feel and juicy, soft tannins that give a very long and pleasant finish.

Tasing Notes
Deep, dense inky-purple hue. Pretty scents of blueberry, maple and vanillin-laced oak notes. Smooth, clean entry of balanced raspberry that expands to include tobacco and light mineral accents.
