Silver Palm Winery has passion for creating extraordinary Cabernet Sauvignon. They select choice grapes from the finest vineyards of the North Coast. They use traditional and cutting edge artisan winemaking techniques. The bottle is decorated in platinum as they believe, “the beauty is in details.” The winemaker is Melissa Bates who has 20 years experience in the wine industry of Napa and Sonoma.
We are thrilled with the results of one of the better growing seasons in recent history! Harvest began early, then stalled mid-way due to cool weather, and finished late in October. Time on vine was long and grape size was small, resulting in greater skin to juice ratio which allowed intense varietal flavors to develop with rich tannins and balanced acidity.
SILVER PALM AND STEAK Because Silver Palm is focused exclusively on crafting outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon to accompany and enhance fine food, it is available only in restaurants (until now), where it provides an especially delicious complement to steak dishes. In fact, steak and Cabernet Sauvignon comprise one of the world’s most classic and satisfying food-wine pairings, with each contributing a dense, mouthfilling texture and rich, savory flavors.
