This sparkling wine is made from 100% Loire grapes. Because of its northern location, the grapes maintain an excellent acidity. Consistency and quality are carefully monitored to create very fine bubbles. The dosage has been perfected to make a clean, fruity but dry sparkling wine of extraordinary quality at a very attractive price.
Served chilled. This sparkling wine can accompany an entire meal or be served as an aperitif.

“Pale green straw with a fine mousse and medium beads. Citrus aromas with slight petrol notes. Light fruit flavors on the palate and bone dry.”

"Very pale, with very fine, lively bubbles; lemony citrus aroma with hints of toast, nuts and burnt sugar; delicate yeasty apple flavor. Excellent value."

"Almonds and a strongly yeasty element are the main characters of this sparkling wine. It’s full, but the fruit still has a texture to it, leaving a good acidity to finish. Good value, enjoyable wine."
WineBuzz November/December 2006
"Subtly toasty aroma with hints of lemon and delicate, lively mousse; light and refreshing with lemon-lime flavors and a crisp, bright finish."

"Make your own or buy a package of roasted, salted pumpkin seeds at the grocery store and serve with a dry sparkling wine for a superb pairing. One bargain is the Marquis de la Tour non-vintage Brut, Loire Valley.”
