Ultimate Beverage Challenge 89 points (Mar 2012) Topaz color. Toasty, Graham crackers, sap and vanilla bean abound in the first nosings; fruity and leathery later on. In the mouth, it tastes of charred oak, toasted almond and marshmallow. Long in the aftertaste and slightly honeyed.
