Our Castle Rock Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapesgrown in Northern California’s Lake County, which has emerged since the 1960s as one of the most prestigious growing regions. Here, the soil types and microclimate around Clear Lake provide ideal growing conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This elegant, medium-bodied wine is crisp and refreshing, with aromas of grapefruit and pineapple, and flavors of lemon and peach on the palate. It ends with a sweet fruity finish and makes an ideal accompaniment for seafood, chicken, salads, and vegetarian dishes.
