A wine produced using three kids of grapes: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc; considered the best grapes for fine white wines in the Loire Valley in France. Blanc de Blanc is made from the first juice extracted from the grapes by a press, obtaining top-quality, absolutely clean juice with its own unique aroma.

It is the most appropriate wine to serve with cold appetizers, fish, seafood, white meat and soft cheese.

Serve chilled between 46° and 54º F.
