Winemaker's Notes
First Crush White is an aromatic, dry white wine born of the North Fork, a vin de terroir. It's a combination of flavorful early harvest Chardonnay and crisp Riesling. The wine was hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in stainless steel tanks. It possesses vibrant aromas of tart apples, zest, and honeysuckle with flavors of stonefruits, refreshing citrus and saline minerality. It faithfully reflects the vintage with its crisp, mouth-watering acidity and juicy, savory finish.
