Grape varieties: Syrah and Aragonęs
Vinificatoin: Aragonęs and Syrah vinificated in "Blanc Noir". Destemming, must chilling, skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, fermentation temperature control with selected yeast inoculation in stainless steel tanks, centrifuging, fining, cold stabilisation and filtration.
Colour: Vivid pink colour.
Aroma: Intense cherry and blackberry aromas.
Palate: Fresh, fruity palate, well balanced with good acidity and a persistent finish.
Serving temperature 10-12š C
Goes well with slightly seasoned dishes, ratatouille and prawn salads, this wine is also a great aperitif.
