This refreshing aromatic white exemplifies the art of blending. The fusion of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Viognier creates a thirst quenching and exotic combination that expressly captures the ripe flavors of the vintage.
Made entirely in stainless steel, approximately 50% of this wine was co-fermented as a field blend, with all varieties harvested together and allowed 24 hours of skin contact before pressing. The wines were fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts to allow the full expression of our unique terroir Sultry aromas of ripe honeysuckle, rose petals and citrus zest sway alluringly around flavors of lime, honeydew melon, juicy pears and squash blossoms.
