A blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Syrah, nothing captures the spirit of the North Fork better than our second vintage of Taste Rosé. The wine's enchanting color is the result of a gentle whole-cluster pressing of grapes. Fermentation was completed naturally using indigenous yeast, resulting in an aromatic and crisp Rosé with aromas of wild strawberry, papaya and white peach. Internationally renowned artist Barbara Kruger created the label art exclusively for Bedell.
