spicy notes. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with harmonious tannins, intense fruity mouth flavors and

| Fermentation took place at high temperatures with daily pumping over and a maceration time of 2 to 3
weeks. After malolactic fermentation the wines are blended and aged in vats several months before fining
and bottling. |

| Originating from the left bank of the Dordogne River and also the right bank of the Garonne River, the
soil types vary from gravel to a mixture of clay and limestone. The calcium base soils increase the fruitiness
of the wines and the clay soils add additional tannic structure. |
