Result of an agronomic and enological research, went on many years, Amarone Bosan grows up in a vineyard situated in the highest zone of the Valpolicella area. The style of wine training, pruning and the accurate choice at picking during harvest, provide grapes that after careful drying process, produce this great wine, completed by ageing in French barriques and long rest in the bottle. Perfect with red meat, venison and ripe cheeses, it is also an excellent after-dinner wine.

Bosan is a beautiful Amarone with gorgeous intensity and personality. It’s a rich, ripe wine with perfectly integrated aromas of jammy fruit and exotic spice followed by pretty mineral and tobacco shadings. It’s also particularly successful in the mouth where it shows both depth and persistency.
