This dry red wine shows good varietal characteristics with cherry fruit in perfect balance with oak and vanilla flavours.
Specially selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. They were crushed and the juice was then fermented on the skins until dry. Malolactic fermentation took place, and the wine was then matured in 300 liter oak barrels for 12 months before being blended and bottled.
