Wine maker notes

Our Chardonnay has lovely bright colors with aromasof pineapple, pears, and vanilla. Well balanced, it has a rich, full mouthfeel with flavors of pear, apple and citrus, leading into a long finish of toasted almond and ginger flavors.

Food pairing

This wine is perfect as a cocktail by itself, or as a complement to chicken, baked or poached fishes, grilled prawns, or pasta with a light cream sauce.
