Grown with Baga grape (50%) born in chalky-clay soil and Touriga Nacional grape (50%) born in sandy soil. Fermented in stainless steel vats during two weeks under temperature control. This wine will have a life superior to ten years. During the first five years it presents the Touriga grapes' flavours, passing the next years being dominated by Baga grapes’ flavours. To be dished up with fish roasted in the oven or white meats.
