Ultimate Beverage Challenge 93 points (Mar 2012) Aromas of toasted grain, Bourbon cask, and spring grass fill the nose. The palate is dry but generous with a semi-lush core that features honey, floral notes, roasted almonds, and toasted grain. Wonderfully complex and simply hedonistically pleasing.  Wine Enthusiast 90 points (Dec 2011) Smooth and mellow, like nuts drizzled with honey or Bit O’Honey candy, with a light vanilla finish.
