A blend of Bical and Maria Gomes, this is one exciting dry white, with electrifying fruit, minerality and acidity which suggest that. Delicious as this wine may be now, it has some more years of positive evolution should you want to lay down several bottles. Truly a distinctive, delicious white from the continually underrated wine producing country of Portugal.
The clean aroma of citris fruit, smoky notes, and an herbal undertone. This dry, medium body white emits flavors of lemon and lime with toasty smoke and white pepper notes.
Bouquet with some and lemon. Mouth showing oak and a very lemony taste. Strong acidity but balanced by the very good body. Long aftertaste. Different wine but deep and involving. Very good with fat fish (salmon). Most likely to evolve pretty well with some time in the cellar.
