100% Cabernet Sauvignon .Dark, rub-red color. Plum and cherry notes with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and soft, with rich flavors of cherry and toasty oak.

Xplorador Cabernet Sauvignon was hand and mechanically harvested at the end of March and early April. 60% of the wine is aged in small American oak for six to eight months, and 40% in stainless steel. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to hearty stews and roasts, pasta and cheese.
