Aging: 55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years is mingled in a small batch with older bourbon. Then a second maturation in French Oak Casks for 3 to 6 months - Merlot and Chardonnay Casks washed in Aged Brandy. Aged Brandy distilled by Long Island Spirits from local wineries.
Blending: After each batch is blended, we marry them into brandy-washed wine barrels for the marriage of the whiskies as well as added character.
Bottling: Hand Bottled straight from the cask at 114 proof then packaged into 6-bottle cases
